Thank you for the inspiration and insight! I love the idea of looking at cheese through an incredibly contemporary lens. Why not? You can appreciate and cultivate incredibly high quality product while maintaining a real sense of joy and discovery. Wish I could have seen the 15 foot trough of cheese!

Thanks Stephanie and Jason. I feel very lucky to be able to share the insights, inspirations, and explore the drive of people like Keenan who are working hard to bring fantastic artisan cheese into focus and making the cheese world what it is today. I will make sure to continue these interviews.
And I forgot to mention in the post, not only is Keeenan a bad-ass, she is also incredibly kind. I pledge my cheese allegiance.

I’m really impressed by this interview. Reading this gives me some perspective on where cheese is going in America and makes a lot of sense to me given my wine background. Thanks for this; I’d love to see even more interviews from people who are leading the way on cheese culture.
