Time to test your cheese boundaries. Each class will examine the characteristics, bounty, differences, and unique glories of cow, goat and sheep’s milk through tasting five to six of Kirstin’s favorite cheeses that illustrate the possibilities of each milk genre in order educate and stimulate the cheese lover palate.
