I am looking for Sartori's Reserve Bellavitano with Balsamic vinegar. They released it this year. If you google Satori Reserve balsamic, you can find the articles, but no stores mention that carry it. Their regular Sartori Bellavitano Reserve is great. It is a aged cheddar, does anyone know any place that carries this cheese

Jill- I need a prima donna refresher!
My Year on the Grill- Love the inspiration. If they don't sell around you, artisanal cheese shop online sells some excellent goudas.
Garrett- Does this cheese melt well in paninis?
Dorothy- thank you! Love the crunch.

I love a crunchy old Gouda! It's almost like candy. It really is a great thing to bring to parties. I had a great Noord Hollander a while ago that just knocked me out. 4 years of aging = 30 seconds of bliss. (it is a lovely picture BTW)
