I’m no cheese fan, but the galette looks tempting – thanks for sharing this recipe! Have also recently discovered the sexy creaminess of burrata, it is truly, the best. cheese. ever. For amateurs like me of course ;)

I’ve been having a lot of fun exploring your site – it was the idea of gouda ice cream that really got me intrigued. I have several links to some great cheese sites on my blog – sorry to redirect you but there’s at least a dozen.
