Hi,
I made your Stilton with caramelized onions cheese ball from the NPR story. In the into you say to make it with rosemary but in the recipe you say to use tarragon…I was a bit confused. Which should I use?

BTW-funny you should review Lincolnshire as I was just about to start a post on it. Think I will just direct people here since you said everything I would have. I am having somewhat of a love affair with the Neal’s Yard Dairy cheeses these days. Just posted about Berkswell. Hope you get a chance to check it out and even give an opinion or two.
