I teach public cheese making and and private wine & cheese classes all over the Bay Area! (I no longer teach private cheesemaking classes- just pairings!) If they’re listed but sold out, get on the school’s waiting list- sometimes spots open up.

Chevre, ricotta, and feta are the cheeses that make appetizers and main courses sing. In this hands-on class, I’ll teach you how to make the cheeses that will become staples in your fridge for many more meals to come. You'll try your creations in class and bring some home to share, or not.
